Introduction to Paris, Private Walking Tour

You’ll start your walk outside the world’s largest museum, the Louvre. Admire the spectacular architecture of this former royal palace as your guide explains its history, and the best way to see the amazing collection housed inside. Then stroll along the banks of the River Seine, past the famous ‘bouquinistes’ and their iconic green book stalls, the gorgeous Pont des Arts and onto the Ile de la Cité, the island where Paris was founded. We’ll end our tour in the lively and picturesque Latin Quarter, once home to the literary legends of the Lost Generation, nowadays the perfect place to enjoy lunch or dinner with its eclectic array of cafés and restaurants.
